Encrypt Files Up To 2GB

In Your Browser. Zero Uploads. Military-Grade Security.

Your confidential documents, contracts, medical records, or source materials are encrypted entirely on your device using AES-256-GCM. They never touch our servers. Because the only person who should see your files is you.

Maximum file size: 2GB

Password Strength: None
Important: Keep this tab open during encryption. Large files (>1GB) may take several minutes. Your device may become slow temporarily. Mobile devices: We recommend files under 500MB for best performance.

How Your Browser Becomes a Vault

Most "secure" file services upload your files to their servers, encrypt them there, and promise they can't see them. We took a different approach: What if your files never left your device in the first place?

1

Select Your File (Up To 2GB)

Any file type: PDFs, images, videos, documents, archives. Drag & drop or click to browse. Works on desktop and mobile (with size limits).

2

Your Browser Does the Math

Your browser generates a random 16-byte "salt" (unique per file), then transforms your password into a 256-bit encryption key using PBKDF2 with 100,000 iterations. This takes ~100 milliseconds - just enough to stop brute-force attacks, but fast enough you won't notice.

3

Chunked Encryption for Large Files

Your file is read in 64MB chunks to prevent memory overload. Each chunk gets a random 12-byte IV (initialization vector), then AES-256-GCM encrypts it with authentication. The progress bar shows real-time status. A 1GB file typically encrypts in 15-30 seconds on modern hardware (M2/M3 MacBook, high-end PCs).

4

Download Your Encrypted File

Original filename and file type are preserved in encrypted metadata. A tamper-proof authentication tag is included. Share via email, cloud, USB - it's protected. The encrypted file gets a .encrypted extension.

Zero-Knowledge Architecture: Your file never travels to a server. It never leaves your RAM. The encryption happens in JavaScript using your browser's native Web Crypto API. We don't see your file, your password, or your metadata. We can't decrypt it even if we wanted to - because we never receive it.

Who Needs This?

Journalists & Whistleblowers

Protect sources. Encrypt leaked documents before sharing. Your sources' lives may depend on it.

Healthcare Professionals

HIPAA-compliant file sharing. Medical records, test results, patient data - encrypted before it leaves your device.

Legal Professionals

Attorney-client privilege isn't optional. Encrypt contracts, case files, and confidential communications.

Business Executives

M&A documents, financial reports, trade secrets. Encrypt before sending via email or cloud storage.

Activists & NGOs

Operating in hostile territories? Encrypt strategy documents, donor lists, and communication records.

Everyone Else

Tax returns. Bank statements. Private photos. Personal documents. Your digital life deserves encryption.
